Registered Nutrition Biologist, fully qualified in Human Nutrition and Food Science at Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma. Academic training includes both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, complemented by clinical placements in leading healthcare institutions, which strengthened clinical, diagnostic and practical expertise.
My professional practice is based on a rigorous, evidence-based and personalised approach, focused on analysing individual needs and developing nutrition programmes aligned with health status, personal goals and lifestyle.
The nutrition programme begins with a comprehensive initial assessment, including a detailed medical history consultation, anthropometric measurements and body composition analysis through bioelectrical impedance, ensuring a complete and objective evaluation of nutritional status.
Based on the data collected, a personalised dietary plan is developed, designed to be flexible and sustainable over time. Ongoing monitoring through follow-up consultations allows the plan to be adjusted and ensures continuous support, promoting physical and mental wellbeing and encouraging informed, long-lasting dietary choices.
